This iconic Balaton resort began working with Everguest in 2020, recognising that increasing competition and changing guest expectations required a new strategy. A comprehensive audit and innovations in revenue management — such as the introduction of a channel manager system and restructuring of the pricing model — had a significant impact on Club Tihany Resort’s performance.

By 2021, thanks to the revenue management team, the total volume of incoming bookings had doubled.

Synergy between departments and smooth collaboration have continuously driven growth for Club Tihany Resort.

In 2022, the hotel achieved a 37% increase in room rates compared to 2021, maintaining this dynamic with a 35% rise in 2023 and a further 18% growth in 2024.

 

To enhance guest experience, a reputation management programme launched in 2021, raising the Booking.com score from 7.4 to 8.5, and improving bungalow ratings from 7.8 to 8.4. Google ratings also improved from 4.2 to 4.3.

In 2024, a marketing communications partnership was initiated, covering social media, PPC campaigns, and website management. Data-driven planning and creative consistency contributed to nearly 500 million HUF in direct revenue growth.

 

Room rates increased by 37% in 2022, 35% in 2023, and 18% in 2024, while guest satisfaction consistently improved.
